VietnamUrgent Visa: If you want to obtain your Vietnam visa in 1 - 8 hours in urgent circumstances, just simply follow these steps.
Rush Visa Procedure:
You need to complete the Vietnam visa application form accessible on our website.
The passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the day to Vietnam.
Service fee will increase by $10 in urgent cases and $20 in super urgent ones.
Stamping fee remains the same to urgent visa at the airport. ($25 for single-entry visa and $50 for multiple-entry visa)
Required time to obtain Rush visa
- URGENT PROCESSING: 8 working hours (plus 10 USD)
If you fill out the application form before 08:30 am in Vietnam (GMT +7), the Approval Letter will be sent to you at 6 p.m on the same day. (8 working hours).
- SUPER URGENT PROCESSING: 4 working hours (plus 20 USD)
- Morning: If you fill out the application form before 08:30 am in Vietnam (GMT +7), the Approval Letter will be sent to you at 12:00 a.m on the same day.
- Afternoon: If you fill out the application form before 2:30 pm in Vietnam (GMT +7), the Approval Letter will be sent to you at 6:00 pm on the same day.
Please kindly notice that this urgent services are applied to only emergencies since the Vietnamese Immigration Department may reject the issuance of your visas due to the shortage of time or unanticipated occurrences. Hence, your approval letter cannot arrive as guaranteed. In this situation, the whole money will be refunded and sent directly to your account.
